Affiliation Forms

Here on this page you will find the Affiliation forms to download. Affiliation is required in order for your School to play in Quaichs and/or for Pupils to play in the Championships. Affiliation also entitles players from you school entry into the SSBU tournaments. Affiliation to EITHER LASBA or SSBU is required for this - but not both.
